Rita holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Memphis.
Rita has worked as a loan officer, affording her with a vast knowledge in home financing matters.
Rita also worked for the City of Memphis as a police officer for several years.

Although Bob & Rita hold Real Estate Broker’s licenses, Rita is Directing Broker/Owner of  RE/MAX All Stars and a skilled negotiator for their clients. Bob's passion is training & working with sellers and buyers.

In addition to softball, Bob & Rita enjoy motorcycles for cruising and chartiable riding events, gardening, travel & attending R.E. seminars and, reading about marketing trends & innovations.

Bob started his career in Real Estate in 1995 and he also holds the New Home Ceritified Sales Professional (CSP) and ePro designations.

 Bob enjoys riding his 1800 VTX morotcycle for charity events and relaxation.

 Before Real Estate, Bob was employed as an assistant Professor with The University of Memphis, Maintenance Engineer & Maintenance Manager with Carrier Corporation, Manufacturing Engineer with GMW, Inc., a Safety Professional in several positions in industry and, a Firefighter with the City of Memphis.

Bob also served his country as a Forward observer with the USMC directing artillery fire & air strikes in the Republic of South Viet Nam.
